Property Owner Obligations

Property Owner Terms Reaffirmation

I reaffirm my acceptance of the Terms of Service, including the Property Owner representations I make for this Listing (§§5.1–5.3, 5.8, 16).

Religious & Nonprofit Addendum

This addendum applies to Property Owners who list a space on behalf of a religious institution or nonprofit organization. It is acknowledged at publish time in addition to the Property Owner Obligations above.

Church and nonprofit addendum

Property owners confirm they have authority to license the listed space and that bookings are handled as commercial use or documented fundraising activity according to their organization requirements.

Your Attestation Records

Every time a Property Owner publishes or updates a listing, Vendalize records a pinned, immutable attestation tied to the exact version of the clause shown at that time. You can review your own attestation history from your Property Owner dashboard.
